Due to network issue, pin_refund failed to process the refunds. When pin_refund is executed again, no refund records are getting processed?
The reason is when the refunds batch fails due to any reason, a checkpoint is set for every account in the batch. These checkpoints are stored in the table event_billing_charge_t with result as 999. Till the time these checkpoints are not removed using PCM_OP_DELETE_OBJ, the records wont be processed again. However, the records created after the failures will still be processed.
