An action link is a link to an action that you have embedded in an analysis, dashboard page, scorecard objective, scorecard initiative, or KPI that, when clicked, runs an associated action with more detailed information data.
To create an action link for multiple fact columns:-
Let suppose there are four fact columns along with other measures in the original report.
After creating an original desired report in the dashboard, create an action report with the required measure columns along with one of the fact column which areto be seen when clicked on the action link. Make the corresponding fact column (the corresponding fact column in the original report for which action link is to be applied) prompted.
Similarly, create another 3 other action reports in the same order with other 3 fact columns (Note: Put only one fact column in one action report to avoid any confusion).
Now right clickon one of the fact column in the original report >>Column properties>>Interaction>>Value=Action Link>>Click the (+) and in the action field select navigate to BI content and choose the corresponding action report to the associated fact column in the original report so that when drilled navigates to the details of the corresponding fact column only.
Similarly follow the above the instructions for action links in other fact columns also to view their associated data only.
