Why Human-Centered AI Needs a Framework

Most organizations agree on one thing now. Customer experience needs to feel more human. Less mechanical. Less scripted. More understanding. Yet when it comes to building systems that support this, many teams struggle.

They know what they want to fix. They just do not know how to structure it.
