Cubastion Consulting Private Limited (here in after referred to as “Cubastion”) understands the importance of protecting personal information. Cubastion has adopted the “Privacy by Default” principles in its approach to data privacy i.e., privacy of data and information is upheld first by default.

This policy covers the processing, storage, and access to information as required under lawful and/or contractual activities with RIL or otherwise required in the normal course of business. This policy applies to Information collected and processed consisting of the following:

Personal information is information related to the user information of the application that could reasonably allow him to be identified. Personal information may consist of full name, phone numbers, residential address, email address, username, password, contact or authenticated data. While information in isolation may not be enough to uniquely identify the visitor, a combination of full name and date of birth may be sufficient to do so.

Sensitive Personal Data or Information (“SPDI”) is such personal information that is collected, received, stored, transmitted, or processed by Cubastion, consisting of:

Username, email address and password, images, videos.
Device ID/name and model on installation of the application in electronic equipment.

Geolocation Information means information that identifies with reasonable specificity your location by using, for instance, longitude and latitude coordinates obtained through GPS, Wi-Fi, or cell site triangulation.

Geolocation Information: Some of our services may ask you for permission to share your current location. We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application(s), to provide certain real time precise location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Mobile Device Access: We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s Bluetooth, calendar, microphone, sensors, camera, reminders, SMS messages, storage, social media accounts, and email for communication purpose and timely notifications/updates. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Mobile Device Data: We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). If you are using our application(s), we may also collect information about the phone network associated with your mobile device, your mobile device’s operating system or platform, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, and information about the features of our application(s) you accessed.
Push Notifications: We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application(s). If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.
Any detail relating to the above personal information categories as provided for providing service and any of the information received under the above personal information categories herein for processing, stored or processed under lawful contract or otherwise.
Additionally, certain sections of this application may require the collection of your personal information for specific purposes, such as to provide you with certain information you request. The gathered information may encompass details like your name, address, mobile, fax number, etc. Furthermore, data related to your device and its location is also collected.
This application is exclusively designed for utilization by Voltas Technicians whose information is already registered in Voltas (voltasworld.com). Our data collection is limited to the latest phone numbers of Voltas Technicians, and we do not share this information with any external third parties.
The phone numbers are solely employed for communication purposes by Voltas Area Branch Managers in the event that Voltas customers encounter any issues with the service request provided by the technician.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Purpose / Process of information

Cubastion shall collect and use Information of sensitive information for legitimate business purposes in order:

Primarily to provide better services to all our customers.
Provide customer support and deliver the product and services at the request of the customer.

To retain and store the location tracking service.
To track the attendance and product information through images and videos.

Offer Wall: Our application(s) may display a third-party hosted “offer wall.” Such an offer wall allows third-party advertisers to offer virtual currency, gifts, or other items to users in return for the acceptance and completion of an advertisement offer. Such an offer wall may appear in our application(s) and be displayed to you based on certain data, such as your geographic area or demographic information. When you click on an offer wall, you will be brought to an external website belonging to other persons and will leave our application(s). A unique identifier, such as your user ID, will be shared with the offer wall provider to prevent fraud and properly credit your account with the relevant reward.

We store your personal information and data in the servers installed at the Voltas premises.

Duration of retention of personal information

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). We require to keep your personal information even past the termination of the user’s account.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will neither delete nor anonymize such information and if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives) we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
